From around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday until 9:40 a.m. on Friday, it was difficult to create a smap. The website returned a 404 error, but still allowed smaps to be created via secondary links. After the problem was noticed around 8:15 a.m. on Friday morning, the cause was identified and resolved. As of 9:40 a.m. on Friday, the functionality to create smaps is fully available.
